City of Liverpool

TESS are delighted to be building their relationship with the City of Liverpool. Following the success of the Capital of Culture in 2008 we are proud to have been part of a dynamic 2009 Events programme. This includes the brand-new ‘On the Waterfront‘ sessions, a series of free-entry public events seeing Liverpool’s famous world heritage site transformed to present music, film, theatre and art installations.

We also played a key role in the famous Mathew Street Music Festival – featuring over 80 hours of live music on various stages around the city centre.  TESS provided control room managers as well as on-the-ground H&S officers.

Building on our local knowledge, TESS were been involved from the early planning stages, which means we can deliver a practical and comprehensive safety service to our clients in the city – including licensing, contractor management, crowd dynamics and technical advice.
